Membership is free and there's absolutely no money involved - just a lot of fun, some prizes for winners and a chance to play competitive poker against like-minded individuals. So check where your nearest venue is and come and play.
Amateur Poker Players League (Europe) Ltd teams up with Venue Sponsors to conduct and host Texas Hold'em tournaments at an ever-increasing list of your favorite locations across the UK! We started our poker league in Berkshire and now we have grown to Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, East and West Sussex and are expanding into one of the largest UK's poker leagues.
You may have seen Tournament Poker on TV but League poker is something you must experience to fully appreciate. It is competitive and you may be playing for a place at APPL(E)'s next Regional Invitational tournament but, without exception, we see new members enter an event on their own and soon find themselves welcomed into the group quicker than anything you've probably ever experienced. We believe that's why our players come back each week and bring their friends.
Whether you're an experienced player or someone keen to find out what all the talk is about, APPL(E) wants to offer the most fun and rewarding experience possible. We are always looking for new Poker Venues
The Amateur Poker Players League (Europe) Ltd is constantly looking for new venues to hold it's regular fun packed friendly poker nights. We are looking for bars and pubs, sports clubs, hotels...any venue with space and the desire to increase business... everywhere in the UK.
